Benefits:
The Conference Scholarship Programme aims to facilitate the attendance of at least 500 delegates from South Africa and Africa who otherwise would not be able to attend. This sponsorship will cover the registration fee for 40 delegates.
Benefits:
Always a popular “collectable” at conferences, sponsorship of the delegate bag provides the sponsor with an excellent marketing opportunity during the Conference week and extended exposure for years beyond. The sponsor company will be recognized by a company logo on the front of the bag. (To be decided upon once the style of the bag has been finalised).
Lanyards or “neck cords” are attached to the name badge and is a highly visible item worn by every delegate and thus a wonderful marketing tool. The sponsor will have its name and logo tastefully presented on the cord. The lanyards will highlight the theme and will be co branded with both the conference logo and the sponsors logo.
Be among the select exhibitors to secure this highly visible opportunity! Exhibitor inserts are limited to five (no more than two per company), so your promotion will not be lost among a mass of paper. Bag Inserts are placed in the delegate bags that are received by every attendee of the conference at registration. Price does not include production.
The opening cocktail party takes place in the exhibition hall directly after the opening session. Sponsor will have an opportunity to address the conference participants during the event. Sponsors may supply pull-up banners to be display on the evening of the cocktail.

Satellite sessions take place in the conference centre but are fully organised and coordinated by the organisation hosting the session. Conference organisers make satellite slots available for a fee and will allocate slots based on the overall conference programme, venue size and organisations preferred slots. The programme committee will review the contents and speakers of the satellite session to ensure that they meet the scientific and ethical principals of the conference. Satellites should reflect and/or support the vision and the goals of the conference. A conference room will be provided with the equipment and standard setup and will be at the disposal of the organisation for the duration of the satellite session. Branding will be allowed inside the session venue only. Satellite sessions are intended for participants already registered for the conference and the organizations are urged to work with the conference organisers to ensure all invited guests have been registered prior to the event. Use of the conference name and logo is permitted, and high-resolution versions are available should the hosting organization wish to promote their session.
